Interested in doing research on labor and economic trends that are focused on the minority population and women, to fully answer the question as to “why isn’t there a greater percentage of these populations reflected in STEM jobs?” As of now I’m doing internships in various HR departments as a Diversity and Inclusion intern, where I mostly collect data and see what tactics are being used to make the business of technology inclusive and diverse.
